Ron, what a wonderful perspective. I love the composition and dof of this shot! We just got another 6 inches of snow yesterday and school is off once again today. As nice as the winter-wonderland is, I am very much looking forward to spring, so thanks for the reminder :)

It seems like everybody on Aminus3 has a macro lens. This is stunning shot. You have a great eye. The composition is wonderful. I really like the erect antennas of the lady bug.

@Yonatan: This shot was taken with a Canon 70 - 200mm lens with a Canon 500D close-up lens attached ... the close-up lens is sort of a poor man's macro ... it's just like a filter that you screw onto the end of the lens ... one day I'll invest in a macro ... for now the 500D will have to make do ... ron
