Euploea modesta or more commonly known as the "Common Crow" and indigenous to Asia. Photographed in the Missouri Botanical Garden's Butterfly House.
The depth of field on this is very nice, immediately drawing one to the butterfly. I like the detail in the wings.

Glorious shot with beautiful softness to heighten the mood. I like the composition, though I wonder about cropping out that little white "triangle" in the right side. On the one hand, it offers a nice counterpoint to the triangle of the butterful, while on the other, it tends to jump out and distract a little. Just a thought.
